Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Salesperson with a strong background in cabinet sales and residential and commercial painting to join one of our growing construction companies in Miami, Florida.
We're looking for someone who knows how to connect with customers, understand their needs, and turn opportunities into sales.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales, understands the construction and home improvement industry, and is comfortable working with both residential and commercial customers. Prior verifiable sales experience is required.

What You'll Do:
- Generate and develop new sales opportunities.
- Meet with residential and commercial customers to understand their project needs.
- Present and sell cabinet and painting solutions.
- Prepare estimates, proposals, and quotes.
- Follow up with leads and potential customers.
- Guide customers through the sales process from the initial consultation through closing.
- Follow up with existing customers and identify additional project opportunities.
- Coordinate with the project and production teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, estimates, follow-ups, and sales.
- Meet established sales goals and contribute to company growth.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven and verifiable sales experience.
- Strong experience selling cabinets and/or residential and commercial painting services.
- Experience in construction, remodeling, home improvement, or a related industry.
- Ability to confidently present products and services to customers.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Excellent follow-up and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be located in or able to work in Miami, Florida.
