We are looking for a reliable, motivated, and experienced Product Sourcing Specialist to support our growing sourcing and distribution operations. This position will involve researching products and suppliers, identifying sourcing opportunities, communicating with manufacturers and vendors, comparing pricing and product specifications, and helping ensure quality and availability.

Position Summary:

The Product Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for researching and identifying products, manufacturers, and suppliers that align with RY Global Industries' business needs. The position will involve sourcing products, comparing pricing and specifications, communicating with suppliers, evaluating opportunities, and supporting purchasing and distribution activities across our various business operations and brands.

We're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and interested in growing with a company. The ideal candidate will have experience in product sourcing, purchasing, supply chain, or a related field and be comfortable researching products, communicating with vendors, and managing multiple sourcing projects and responsibilities. What You'll Do:

• Research and locate specific products requested by our customers and affiliated companies.
• Identify manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers throughout the U.S. and internationally.
• Request quotes, samples, catalogs, specifications, and product information.
• Compare pricing, quality, availability, minimum order quantities, and delivery times.
• Communicate directly with suppliers by phone, email, and other channels.
• Assist with negotiating pricing and purchasing terms.
• Follow up consistently with suppliers and keep sourcing projects moving.
• Use ChatGPT, AI tools, and online research to identify products, manufacturers, and potential suppliers efficiently.
• Maintain organized records of suppliers, products, pricing, quotes, and contacts.
• Help develop and maintain relationships with domestic and international suppliers.
